This piece was created through an intuitive painting process, allowing my hands to be guided by what wanted to emerge. Rooted in stillness and trust, the work invites the viewer into a space of reflection and feeling.
The artwork was made using the carborundum printmaking technique, a process where textured areas are created by mixing carborundum powder (a gritty, sand-like material) with glue and applying it to a printing plate. This method allows for deeply tactile, richly pigmented surfaces with expressive depth.
Sold unframed, the artwork is carefully packaged in a protective plastic sleeve with a hard cardboard backing for safe handling and storage.
Each work is unique and crafted with intention - both materially and spiritually - reflecting over a decade of dedicated artistic practice.
